The future of Lilfred's. Our baby "Whitleigh".



The  Entrepreneurs of Lilfred's are Trent and Wendy Langston. Trent, a Dalzell local, and Wendy, a Columbia native,  met in 1999 when they both decided to further their schooling in Charleston, South Carolina.


 Trent completed his training in the Culinary School of Arts at Trident Technical College. Where he achieved a certificate in catering and graduated in the top of his class.

Wendy graduated from College of Charleston earning a Bachelor in Business Administration.

While living in Charleston for four years they both worked in the restaurant industry and developed a love for food and hospitality.

When returning home in 2004, they waisted no time in leaping into the culinary world. June of 2004 they opened a catering business called "Tasteful Hospitality". Within six months they were faced with an opportunity of running their own restaurant. They established and operated "Fireplace Grill" for over three years when once again another opportunity came to surface.

Now they are the proud owners of "Lilfred's".  Trent and Wendy take this opportunity as a life changing event. Lilfred's has a very strong reputation and following that they intend to continue.

Together they feel both confident and honored to continue the historical "Lilfred's"southern tradition.
